Good Fair The pages are generally clean and bright with slight yellowing and a few grubby marks. Page edges are slighty spotted. Painting page has been coloured in. Endpapers and flyleaf are slightly yellowed. Name, in crayon, on flyleaf. Covers generally clean with a few marks and a large crease to front. The corners are bumped with edgewear. Spine, of red cloth, has fading and slight wear to top and bottom. D/J is unclipped and very grubby. Chipped, edgewear and small tears. Some loss to spine and corners. Closed repairs to reverse. Do not buy if you cannot ignore it's defects. Still a nice copy. Cover is blue with a boy and girl carrying a puppy in a basket. First story is The Tale of Terrible Tiger.

Good/Fair This annual has a gift inscription from 1939. There is one colour plate; the frontispiece. page 81/82 is missing. This was obviously a well loved annual and has majority of the illustrations coloured in. There is scribble on some pages. The endpapers are scribbled upon. The pages are yellowed. The corners are bumped and worn. The spine is heavily bumped and worn. The spine is split at the top. There a re a few pen marks on the cover. The cover is pale blue with a multitude of Attwell fiqures.

Good Plus Gorgeous cover showing Atwell characters in two boats fishing. One is called the Mary Ann. The background is blue with red spine. The first story is Bunty Goes to Sea. A number of the illustrations have been coloured or painted in. One of the painting pages is missing. The this book belongs to box is filled in, with a feint date of 1947. I am not sure how accurate it is. The corners are bumped and worn with a crease to the back cover.

Very Good The cover shows 2 children holding mistletoe and holly feeding 2 robins surrounded by tiny atwellesque characters. Lovely clean condition. The first story is The Fiery Little Dragon. The spine is rubbed. There is a slight crack to the front fold at the top. Very pretty book with charming cover design.

Cover is blue with a young boy and girl holding a selection of soft toys including duck, golly, teddy etc. The first story is Merle the Mermaid. Please do not buy if you cannot ignore it's defects.
