Good The pages are clean and bright. There is a slight crack to the binding. There is some colouring in. The endpapers are foxed. There is a presentation inscription from 1933. Pretty decorative cover showing period beach scene. The cover is slightly edge worn. The corners and spine are bumped. The spine is sunned. There are few pencil marks on the front cover.

Good Plus Very pretty laminated cover. Black and white in 2 unequal parts. The black part shows a frieze of girls in various activities spanning the front and back cover. The illustration is in colour. Below black titles on the white background. There is a gift inscription from 1923 otherwise undated. Colour frontispiece and line drawings throughout. Some in the style of Anne Andersen. A few of the pages have a black stain to the inner margin. The page edges are a little grubby and have some pen marks. Unseen when the book is open. The endpapers are yeloowed. The cover is a little edgeworn. The corners and spine are bumped and worn. There is a slight split to the top of the spine this has been reinforced with magic tape.
