Good Good/Fair The pages are clean and bright although yellowed. The endpapers and flap of the jacket are foxed. The cover is very slightly water stained. The bottom margin of the front cover is bumped. The rear face of the jacket is foxed. The jacket is chipped with some closed tears repaired to the reverse. There is slight loss from the top front corner.

Good/Fair Poor The pages are clean and bright with slight yellowing and slight grubby marks. Endpapers yellowed and slightly grubby. Page ends slightly grubby. FFep missing. Crack to binding. Flyleaf and title page slightly grubby. Covers generally clean and bright with slight grubby marks and slight discolouration to edges. The spine and corners are bumped. D/J is clipped, tatty with grubby marks. Loss to top and bottom of spine and edgewear. Loss to corners. Chipping and edge wear. Tears to front and back with many closed repairs to reverse. Inside very good, jacket very tatty. Now in clear, removable plastic cover for future protection. Reading Copy Only. Please do not buy if you cannot ignore it's defects.
