Thank you for your prompt and efficient service.  I received 'Betty and the Washing' yesterday and am very pleased with it.  It is a present for my 55 yr old brother as it was his favourite story when he was a toddler and has often been 'quoted' over the years.  It was so nice to track down a copy after so many years - the wonder of the internet!
